If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Galeria Duvan, please contact our customer service at galeriaduvan59@gmail.com We are here to help.

You must contact Customer Service to obtain an authorization for your return or exchange to be accepted. We will manage with you and the transport agency the collection of the product.

All returns must be made in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a refund or request an exchange.

The refund will be made through the same payment system (Card, Paypal, etc.) with which you made the purchase.

The refund includes the cost of the work and shipping costs. The costs of the return or exchange are not refundable, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
